Derived from Cascade, Hallertau Blanc presents strong tropical fruit aromas, including Pineapple, Passionfruit, Gooseberry and Grapefruit. Similar in character to many new Australian and New Zealand varieties, but with cleaner flavour profile. Great in Pale Ales and IPAs.
