For something easy drinking and refreshing: #15 Brew Enhancer, Saf US-05 yeast and 30g of galaxy dry hopped is a great summer beer. 

For a more classic style Aussie Pale Ale: #20 Brew Enhancer, Saf S-04 yeast and 12g of pride of ringwood dry hopped will recreate a great pub style beer.
