The first brew Thomas Cooper ever made.
An American style IPA, full bodied, deep amber in colour with reddish hues. It has tropical citrus and grapefruit notes, whilst the toasty amber malt balances a clean, hop-filled finish.
Recommended to be brewed with 1kg of #15 Brew Enhancer and saf US-05 yeast.Â
Alternatively you may like to try using 1kg of Light Dried Malt and any hops with citrus and grapefruit characteristics such as mosaic, galaxy or citra to achieve a more crafty taste.Â
